We only collect information you choose to give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project location, and a description of your project. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

Cookies and analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. When you first visit, we ask whether to enable Google Analytics, and it does not run unless you accept. If you accept, it sets cookies and collects usage data with your IP address anonymized. You can decline, and you can change your choice later by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We also use Duo Group Analytics, an analytics service operated by Duo Group, the company that built this website. It is configured not to use cookies and not to store an identifier in your browser, and it does not track you across other websites, so it runs without a consent prompt. It records only aggregate information such as the pages viewed, the referring site, and general device and location type. It does not receive anything you type into our forms.
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.
Third parties
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard server request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site securely. When you submit the quote form, the information is handled by Netlify Forms, our website host's form service, and emailed to us so we can respond. If you accept Google Analytics, Google LLC processes the anonymized usage data described above. Duo Group processes the cookieless analytics data described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share the details you submit only with the Custom Fence Company team members involved in preparing your estimate.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit only as long as we need it to respond to your request and complete your project, plus a reasonable period for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. To make a request, email sales@customfence.com and we will respond.
