Custom Fence of Logan is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant!

Primary duties would include contract administration, answering and directing phone calls, answering administrative requests from senior management, organizing and scheduling appointments, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, ordering office supplies, providing general support to visitors, etc.

Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, attention to detail and problem solving skills. Experience preferred, but not required.

Hourly pay rate depends on skills and experience.

Full-time, 30-40 hours per week. No weekends or evenings.
